Fascinating video. Would you consider making one about Electrolytes? I believe they’re a mystery to most people, all we hear is that they’re in energy drinks (one of the worst drinks for you) so we all need to learn what a healthy scource of electrolytes is.

it isn’t I did a one year anti candida diet like a lot more who have also seborrheic dermatitis. I went now to one of the best labs there are metametrix and they saw DNA markers of yeast / fungi. but unforunately they said it is a uncommon one they couldn’t name it. They searched as well on candida and all other common fungi / yeasts.. I was marked on +3 on a scale of +4 they said it is really high. also I got a high level of toxins in the blood. if you want I can mail the test..

Enzymes lowers the activation energy needed. Without somes reaction would take years rather than seconds.
I live on raw fruits & seeds. Excessive water consumption unbalances ion concentration and makes you urinate at 3am when you want to go to sleep.

you should try taking some probiotics, these little things help with yeast and bacteria infections…something else you would want to try is trying wheatgrass juice is helps deal with toxins in the body and creates an alkaline environment, which bad bacteria and yeast can’t stand.

@emalenick right on! I eat living raw foods too! If you want the best enzymes then buy them from E3LIVE.I also recommend purchasing their blue/green algae from E3LIVE and taking a shot of wheatgrass everyday but you probably already know that anyways take care

Since I started using peppermint tea and fennel seed after every meal, I’ve seen a difference. I also eat crystallized ginger. I have no more heart burn and it has been like this for over a month or two or three. I can feel a better digestion. I also recently started taking a probiotic. I think I can tell a difference, but hopefully it will get even better as I keep taking it.
If you haven’t heard of Betaine HCl, you may want to research it. Many people suffer from low stomach acid and don’t know it. Essentially, Betaine HCl is supplemental HCl “diluted” in betaine powder. A similar product is Glutamic acid HCl …same deal. Enzymes saved you – Betaine HCl saved me. I’ll have to try enzymes, though.
